I'm only interesting on water as fuel subject, fuel saver is not my 
intention, conventional way of electrolysis you can refer to youtube search 
waiconlab, sirhoax, zerofassilfuel, RAdgenH2O...etc many others.
I'm more like sirHOAX explain on "voltage sync", is kind of new stuff, you 
can not learn from books. if you interest on water as fuel subject, sent me 
a private mail. I'm on-going high voltage & frequency impulse experiments.

be careful on hydrogen, its explosive.
