have gone through experiment it before, so that I would not go through same
thing again, and assist on my car's water igniter ECU programming. that is
first thing pop-up in my mind to put in [EE]. I've no intention to sales or

mind.

conventional way of electrolysis produce a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen
does help on my car mileage increase 10% to 20% depend on town drive or
highway, however, I'm more interest to find out water molecule under high
voltage & frequency impulse, cause dielectric failure, more like fracturing
water instead of electrolysis.

water as fuel is interesting experiment subject.
