I thought it was only an Australian trait not to advertise pay rates 
(apart from Universities and civil service jobs).

Just seen two ideal jobs in Auckland one from Manukau Institute of 
Technology, not a pay rate or band in sight.

Anyhow, I'll be trolling down Main Highway 1 visiting volcanos in mid 
November. I'll bring my cheque book in case I decide to migrate.
