I've seen some integrated high side switches, but I'll have to look for
them. In one product, I was already using some LDO regulators that had an
enable pin. So, I just threw in one more and tied the feedback pin to
ground. The output went up to Vin- the dropout voltage. This was up in the
12V area, but maybe it could work here.
