Probably most can, although you wan't likely find that in the spec sheet.
Fortunately, these things are cheap.  Get one that is "auto ranging" and
specified to work over the full range of world grid voltages, usually
something from 90-260 VAC, 50-60Hz.  Make sure it has the CE logo, which
most will anyway.  That guarantees it has a PFC front end at that power
level, making it even more likely that there is a full wave bridge
immediately after the power input.
