Examination shows that there are indeed two messages with 
the same content. The times differ by 53 minutes (in my 
records).

I'd guess thay Vitaliy sent the messagem received some sort 
of bounce reply and send it again. But, maybe the system 
hiccupped and produced two messages and deleted one? The 
joys of computers.
