Bad idea.  The autorouter is a good tool, but you have to play a active role
in making your boards come out the way you want.  To get any real use from
the Eagle autorouter, you have to sit down and read the manual on what all
the settings mean, experiment with them, then chose a set appropriate for
your board.  Eagle tells you how the autorouter works, but gives you very
little guidance on how to use it well.
