When I looked at the vostro and lattitude laptops on the dell US site 
just now the price with vista buisness downgraded to XP pro was exactly 
the same as the price with vista buisness. Yeah that is about $100 more 
than with home basic but it is the vista buisness upgrade you are paying 
for not the XP downgrade.
