As far as I know there is a 2TB limit, so with that disk you should be fine. I think what Tomas meant with the floppy disk is that if during the installtion process of the XP you cannot load the driver from any other media than floppy disk. However, if you have an up n' running system and just wanted to add an additional disk then you should be fine.
