I had forgotten that when responding to Jinx's question about string lookup
macros on a PIC 18 that I already have a macro to load TBBPTR to a fixed
address.  Take a look at SET_TBLPTR in STD.INS.ASPIC at
http://www.embedinc.com/pic.  This also does the assembly time optimization
of clearing or loading the upper byte depending on the program memory size
of the current PIC.
