There's usbmon, which is built into the kernel. You'll probably want to compile a CVS version of libpcap and Ethereal; the usbmon text output isn't exactly user-friendly. It does pretty much what SnoopyPro does on Windows, but clips packets to ~20 bytes IIRC, due to kernel limitations.
