1 - There is no pin 0.

2 - Even if there was a pin 0, you should say what it's function is.  You
can't expect people to look the pinout of your PIC just answer a question.

3 - Even if there was a pin 0 and it was a digital output, there would need
to be a resistor in series with the LED.
