I'm on the road right now so the best I can do is give you the part
number of the one I use, and it is surface mount:

Manufacturer: ECS
Part Number: ECS-CR2-20.00-B

If you search the piclist archive you may find the list of ones I tested
for compatibility with PICs. But they are all surface mount.
