NO ONE REPLY WITHOUT CHANING THE TOPIC TO [OT]

There has been a lot of discussion on the [OT] (actually [ADMIN] which isn't
a real topic) tag about the long history of "good" and "bad" sides of Olin
being moderated or unmoderated on the list, and now I've asked for a vote
from all members. It was pointed out that people who subscribe to PIC only
may not have noticed or understood what was going on. Hence this post; a one
time interruption of your otherwise PIC ONLY channel. Again, PLEASE DO NOT
REPLY WITH OUT CHANGING THE TOPIC TAG.

I'll not try to present a case one way or the other here. If you want to
follow the discussion, it is easy to find on the archive. Look for the posts
over the last few days with the subject [ADMIN]: Question about member.

After you have formed an opinion, please vote by emailing me:
