I'm looking for a MOSFET gate driver chip (either half bridge, or individ=
ual driver).=20

You know that for high side FET driver, nowadays people use the bootstrap=
 capacitor, when it's dischaged, the FET is turned on. There should be so=
me chip with on-chip charging circuitry, that keep the capacitor charged =
all the time, thus the MOSFET can be kept always on if needed. This featu=
re is very important in motor controllers since it delivers more power to=
 the load when necessary.

I found Linear Tech LT1336 as follows, the only thing I don't like is tha=
t it doesn't have a disable output pin, besides cost is too high.

BTW, I can disbale some input PWM by "ADD" with some other logic input, d=
o you have any suggestion on how to realize this?

International Rectifier has a application note as below, they are lazy, t=
hey told you to build this charge pump circuit yourself. We already have =
products running, additional circuitry is not very acceptable, since the =
board space is really limited. Although it seems reasonable.
