Any Admin would have the power to add a new tag. 

Or remove tags.

Or remove other admins.

Or delete the list.

Seriously. Knowing how to operate the list server is important and admins
have all the power. "Who can destroy a thing, owns a thing."

Absolutely! I would certainly not want Russell to ban me from the list, by 
mistake. Actually, I wouldn't want him to ban me intentionally, either. 
Russell, we're still cool, right?

BTW, does Russell training for the admin job mean we're getting a new tag?
