Make sure you know if you are running target from ICD2 (it is a setting). You have a choice there. I have had better luck with separate supplies. Check the voltage in the settings too, refresh it. Do you have a big cap on the reset line? I use 47-100K and a 1.uF for reset parts? Stephen D.
