As I understand there are two main issue here, from one side Olin's problem is that only him censored, and the second one is that admins claim some inappropriate or impolite posts to the piclist. Is not it possible to create a some kind of bayes filter (aka spam filter) to filtering rude posts for censoring? I mean for everyone, not only one person. So that it would not be applied to only one, plus there will be possible to moderate the list.
