That depends.. Are you exposed to large E-fields?

I had a system that I designed with a 100k pullup on /RESET, where the
system worked fine for us, but the customers were having problems.
When you're standing in a vegas casino, in the winter, on that
carpeting by VanDeGraff and Marx, the E-fields are enormous.
I watched one reset when a woman walked by at about 4' distance. Her
fur coat was a total puffball.
