24 hour add on is easy enough. Maybe a thin line full width 
line somewhere.

While the 30/15 minute indicators are understandable where 
they are they would make more logical sense if placed under 
the hours indicators. Easily enough done, but would need a 
change to the overall common shape in all schemes and so may 
not be favoured by Roman.
