It seems Firefox can't handle encoded URLs.

I can get to the images by copying the image location, say
"http://www.romanblack.com/.%5Cbinclock%5Cbinclk01.gif" and replacing "%5C"
with "/". This then becomes
"http://www.romanblack.com/./binclock/binclk01.gif", which works.

FWIW, IE decodes the image URLs correctly and displays the images.
