I looked at it.  I didn't really see anything worth commenting on.   
It didn't seem too bad except for the parts where the concrete had  
fallen away leaving holes and "additional concrete to be suspicious  
of."  I've never really understood the whole "thrill seeker"  
mentality (not amusement park rids, nor horror films, nor "extreme  
sports"), so I don't see that the view is worth the additional danger  
compared to any number of other scenic spots.  ("I can see the grand  
canyon just fine from the side of the rail I'm supposed to be on.   
It's quite large, you know!")
