Check out the DS32KHZ product line from Dallas, I've used them for years.
Accurate to =B11 Min/Yr. (0 to 40 degC)
Accurate to =B14 Min/Yr. (-40 to 85 degC)

DigiKey often has stock of some of the variations. Right now they have the
SOIC version for $3.29US each in hundreds and 700+ in stock.
