The M24M01-R appears to be eeprom, not ram. I'm generally running at 3.3V now, but have not found an SPI RAM. The closest I've found is FRAM, which, as you point out, can be expensive. Is this my only choice for an SPI memory with no write delay and with unlimited writes? THANKS!
