No.
Various manufacturers MAY have a semi standard in their own 
data sheets but even these vary with time or within the 
organisation.

Shown from top or bottom.
123 or 321 left to right.
or CBE marked as appropriate.
Long ago SOME had CBE moulded into case but not the norm.
