But most of SE England will be underwater irrespective of GW - because the 
cliffs are being eroded at a significant rate by the sea. Something like 1-2 
meters/year is not uncommon on the south and east coast. In the last 10 
years there have around 3 lighthouses moved back from the cliff edge to save 
them. A number of cliff top villages have, or are being, abandoned and left 
to destruct as the cliff moves towards them. Some contain listed buildings, 
but nothing is being done to save them.

Along with this the whole of the UK is tilting towards the North Sea, which 
is helping the erosion and sinking process.

Someone lower the lifeboats please ...
