I think its a pressure sensor but I dont know what type exactly..  on the 
component 9098
and N103 is printed but googling it leads me to nowhere.. It has only three
pins(where two pins are in continuity) and two of the pins is connected to a
quad Input Norgate.. and one output pin of this NOR gate leads to an MCU..
Its from a blood Pressure device..
