My opinion is that it's ripping into other vendors market or
their bottom line and they're fighting back in the only way
they know how, marketing.

Also it's my opinion that Embedded Linux is not right for all
needs but neither are the other RTOS. Is Linux RTOS? For most
of my hobby needs I haven't needed an RTOS.
