Here is an strange bicycle theft story...

My dad was a policeman in Buffalo, NY. The federal government instituted a 
program where they funded police cars that would be taken home by policemen, 
something about a more visible police presence in the community.

Well, one evening my dad's police cruiser was parked in our driveway while 
we ate supper.

Some lowlife actually walked past the car into our back yard to steal my 
brand-new 10-speed English racer bicycle.

What people will do!
