We have only one more session this coming saturday, so paint may cause delays, but I like the foam idea, onto which I can glue some thin reflective material (perhaps some polished stainless or similar. Perhaps some reflective tint ,aterial might work. Cheers, -Neil. #2 sounds pretty good. make some test shapes out of dense foam ( machine it or carve it ) ( $2 at Walmart ) and coat it with aluminium paint. I used the green foam that does not dissolve when painted.
