Try giving Sensitronics a call.

I have worked with Frank Eventoff from Sensitronics in the past.  he does
screen printing of semiconductive inks - I bet if you contact him, he could
help you out or give you some ideas.  He has screen printed FSR material on
Kapton flex circuits that I designed.
