Simply not being allowed to keep using infringed upon GPL'd code has been quite enough to get a lot of violators to choose to comply with the GPL by releasing the own they have based on that code in it's own right. It's an easy solution really and saves a lot of work at the price of releasing something that you can't use anyway. - -- http://petertodd.org 'peter'[:-1]@petertodd.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFIKkjf3bMhDbI9xWQRAqaWAJsESsJG5EptLCdX3d76vxe9ZbBbWgCgjUb5 Lwu+Z6pmagGKTSv/xPqFqWo= =1tFK -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
