I don't have exact figures but when I used a 1F/5.5V capacitor I was 
also surprised by the similar leakage figures in the datasheet.

In practice, this cap held 3V after spending 6 months in the drawer. My 
only explanation is that the leakage figures are for maximum voltage and 
temperature and fall dramatically with lover voltage.
