And yet how many people are using his assembly based firmware framework even though it is supposed to be better? At least for me I would not want to use assembly for the things I am interested now (USB, TCPIP, etc), even with Olin's "high level" assembly. C18 is way easier. I know and I have learned quite some assembly. I know and I highly respect experts like Olin who can make assembly working wonderfully.
