This looks promising. Not exactly from hirose, but www.rs-components.com distribute some JAE connectors and, after looking into JAE catalog http://docs-europe.electrocomponents.com/webdocs/057d/0900766b8057d338.pdf I saw exactly what I was looking for in (printed) page 7, ref CR16 . Now the problem is rs-components does not distributed that part apparently, but at least I have now a reference to ask for a quote or look around. 2008/5/6, Fowler, Gary : > > Check Hirose www.hirose.com > They sell the CF socket, but not sure about the case etc. > > They list a Madrid contact for a distributor in Spain. > > Also RS Components www.rs-components.com stock some Hirose parts, > including the CF socket. > > > Cheers, > Gary > > -----Original Message----- > From: piclist-bounces@mit.edu [mailto:piclist-bounces@mit.edu] On Behalf > Of Ariel Rocholl > Sent: Monday, 5 May 2008 10:30 PM > To: Microcontroller discussion list - Public. > Subject: Re: [EE] CompactFlash prototype (board+case) > > Sorry to repeat, just trying again in case someone who knows may have an > answer. > > Thanks : > > > I'm trying to do a prototype for very small quantitiy CompactFlash > > form factor gadget for a PDA.
