I have a dsPIC30F2010 as the target with ICD2 connected. The MCLR pin has the usual 10K resistor and schottkey diode to VDD (+5V). With the ICD2 connected to the circuit and held in reset, voltage at the MCLR pin is 0V as expected. When I release from reset, the MCLR pin only comes up to +1.7 V. If I disconnect the ICD2 VPP line from MCLR, the voltage on the MCLR pin rises to 4.9V. I believe this indicates the ICD2 is at fault. Has anyone else had this issue? BTW the ICD2 is P/N 10-00319 R23. -- Regards, Stephen D.
