On an under lighted and underpowered motorcycle long ago 
when travelling intercity (most weekends) I found that the 
cure for non-dippers on long straights was to wander weaving 
to and fro across the whole road. Worked wonders. Not 
recommended on short straights. Hope there are no unlit 
oncomers in a dip between him and you. Can't have been any 
any time I tried this :-).

I've almost met a few of those but in another story.
