Oh yes - I have a couple of these, one a driving light, which has a spread 
beam, and the other a spot light which has a plain lens, so it throws light 
a long way. I can attest to the efficacy of someone coming the other way 
leaving their lights on high beam finding it to be not such a good idea ...

They are somewhat large though ...
