I use USAA ( https://www.usaa.com ). They are a completely online bank (unless you live in Texas, there are no branches you can visit). However, their service is very good, I've had no problems, AND they will reimburse ATM fees up to $15 per month. They do this so that they do not need to have ATMs of their own. Nominally, they are a bank for families of US military personnel. However, only some of their products are restricted to such people. Their normal savings and checking accounts are open to the general public. Sean On Tue, Apr 29, 2008 at 7:24 AM, Rich wrote: > Why not go after the dude who made the purchase?
