But isn't this the result of them doing a bulk pickup every day from 
Digikey? They know that if the mess it up, when the contract comes up for 
renewal they will loose it, but if they keep the contract then it is the 
bread and butter of keeping the business going.

But your once a month maybe pickup is a nuisance that has to be worked into 
the delivery rounds ...
