http://www.humiseal.com/products.html -> UV Curable
This product will harden VERY fast if you aren't careful. It does NOT require UV to cure. What it does require is humidity and heat. It's NOT cheap (in any way shape or form) it's incredibly durable. You can cure it by setting it in sunlight for it's initial cure and then let it sit in a hot humid environment to final cure it. Sunlight cures it VERY fast. Just to warn you. Do NOT put the can in sunlight and coat it that way. It does have a fair bit of odor. I suggest coating it in a cool dark dry place (basement) then setting it outside on a bright sunny afternoon to cure both ways. You can brush it on with a disposable brush it flows well.
If you don't NEED a conformal coating I recommend using polystyrene instead. Just CAST it into the polystyrene and you have a nice solid block of parts. I recommend all fabrication to the board to occur prior to casting so you just have your solid piece and no additional processing.
