Hi Josh,
I've developed for the 18F2321 on linux, and I think that one's fairly
similar. Basically, I think gputils supports it, and if not, you can simply
add a new CPU type and implement its config options in the same way all the
other CPUs are defined, and it should work just fine. Of course I don't know
what programmer you have, so you'll have to find supporting software for
that one yourself.
