A small addendum ---

"03:14:07 UTC on Tuesday, January 19, 2038," is not the universal date
for this projected epoch. Things are getting localised at a fast rate,
and I believe that regions with daylight savings time are going to be
affected at a time different than the projected one.

Places in southern hemisphere will be on DST in January. New Zealand,
being the easternmost timezone, will be the first one to be hit by the
'bug.'
