Yes, apparently he is not keen to post to Brazil, will only take US$ 
does not accept PayPal and will not guarantee delivery. 

The person who has asked me to supply them I've dealt with before, and 
he trusts me to deliver, even with the extra postage of Australia to 
Brazil.
