Everything BUT electronics is [OT] I suppose, however, sometimes [EE] interpreted as Everything Engineering. Personally I do not mind either tag, I use the subject to read or ignore conversations anyway. Piclist as good as it is, no point of making strict rules and then let people threatened on what is ON what is OFF therefore not posting instead even about clear topic. A possibility to mark conversations as "not interested" - therefore no more mails to my mailbox with that subject - would be a nice solution I think.
