Not really. Count+1 every 200us is 'only' 24B675DC00 per
year. That's just 5 bytes. You could do that count in RAM with
a save to EEPROM if power goes down (hold Vcc up with a
reservoir cap. Instigate save if Vcc is lost on a Vcc detect pin)
