I may get to comment on the rest of the post later. Depends 
on when/if the bonfire is.

BUT

Bladder surgery belongs firmly in [EE] if it is anything 
about techniques, procedures, stats of success versus 
methods etc. It only belongs in OT if it's YOUR bladder 
surgery, or your (or my) Aunt Mabel's. If I were king it 
would belong in [TECHO] or functional equivalent, but as 
James is king and i am happy for him to be and have no 
desire to usurp his role or to run for office myself, then 
it's [EE].
