If you are interested in producing heat pipes in US based on a romanian patent I can connect you with an romanian inventor which is trying from almost 4 years to put his patent on large scale production. However I guess he will need first to patent his invention in US too... There are many heatpipes types. Cheapest (at least here) are the chinese borosilicat heatpipes (glass heatpipes). A little bit expensive are copper heatpipes. There are good only if there is a heating energy available...
