There have been messages about this at various times in the past. Search the 
archive for message subject lines such as 'Standard Billing Procedure for 
consulting', 'Intellectual property right - who owns them', 'Consulting 
questions', 'Non-disclosure, non-complete, & Inventions Agreement', 'Proper 
Billing Procedure', 'The Code, The Client and the Piclist', 'writing a 
contract' and 'Standard Contract for work?' are some that I have saved.
