I would be very impressed if you can show me two things. First, show me a system of any kind that involves human beings that cannot be, or has not been, corrupted. Secondly, show me how you can determine that the corruption is essentially institutional, and spawns from the institutional character aside from the element of humans weakness, greed or other traits that lead to human corruption.
